Soft Tissue Therapy
Bodymobile provides sports massage and soft tissue therapy with friendly and knowledgeable support for all.
The amazing movement of the body and a love of anatomy has inspired me to study many methods of massage and soft tissue therapies and develop a specific approach to treatment based on reducing tension and building better movement patterns to achieve the best performance for each client.
I use techniques from Sports massage, Thai yoga massage and myofascial techniques including Barral Institute visceral and neuro-meningeal manipulation to ease the body into unwinding tensions stuck in the fascia that connecting everything. As an avid Pilates follower, I encourage clients to keep the benefits of treatment by moving and provide exercises as part of treatment programmes where needed.
Sports massage for athletes getting ready for a specific race or game is a great honour and passion whatever the level. I have worked with many types of sports person from first time marathon runners to competitive triathletes to Premiership football players. In 2012 I worked at the Paralympic training camp with teams from Morocco, Tunisia, Angola, Ivory Coast and in 2014 with world best diving teams at the Commonwealth Games.
Covid 19 · I am welcoming all clients back to clinics. I am following all SMA and Government guidelines for PPE and hygiene. Please call if you would like to book a session or discuss any concerns.

I have a special interest in hypermobility, digestive dysfunctions, jaw dysfunctions like TMJ, woman’s health, whiplash and scar tissue rehabilitation.
Sharing knowledge and experience is vital for my client focused approach. I am experienced in working with and collaborating with other modalities like osteopaths, physios, dentists and functional GPs, acupuncturists and nutritionists to create the best treatment plan for a client.

Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is a wonderful, relaxing treatment combining acupressure on ten Sen lines over the body, yoga-style stretches and breathing work.
The treatment helps to loosen tight muscles, relax the mind and balance emotional tensions. It is a 1½-2 hour treatment applied over loose clothing and on a soft mat on the floor. We start off on the feet and finish on the top of your head.

Relaxing Massage
Long hours, inactivity and travelling can drain your body and mind.
All the therapies I practice can improve your well being, but for a pamper session try Swedish deep tissue massage with blended aromatherapy oils. I use premixed aromatherapy oils which can calm, energise and uplift you through their various properties.
Eat something light before a treatment, drink a glass of water after a treatment and rest for at least a half-hour for best results.

Pregnancy & Mothers
Please note: Always consult your doctor before having massage.
It’s a special time and with so many changes taking place in your body and your emotions, taking care of yourself should be the number one thing to do on your list.
In case you are wondering, during pregnancy treatments are carried out with you sitting or lying on your side!
I aim to help take care of you through each trimester to prepare your body and to support all the changes to body shape and weight. Hormonal changes mean loose and supple ligaments so we also include basic pelvic care and stability work.
